Return and Exchange Policy

Kindly order only if you genuinely need the product, as we're a small company and non-delivery significantly impacts us.

In case the parcel appears tampered or open, we kindly request you to refrain from accepting it. Additionally, we appreciate it if you could record a video while unpacking the parcel; replacements can only be facilitated with a video.

This video is crucial for us to file a complaint with the courier company in the unfortunate event of theft.

 

Returns:

We regret to inform you that, due to the unique challenges faced by small businesses, we are unable to accept returns.

 

Defective or Incorrect Item:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours by sending an email to info@arrwomax.com. We will promptly arrange for a reverse pickup. Once the returned product is received, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to validate the claim.

Upon approval as an eligible return, we will initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement. In cases where the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be promptly couriered back to you.

 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval. Please note that the refund amount may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your payment provider.
